Im trying to gauge whether to sell my Tad. I could use the money. Or i could just suck it up and keep it. Im looking for 4k. Its a 4pt. I would prefer to sell locally (anaheim ca) cuz im a bit wary of shipping it anywhere. I suppose ill figure that out if and when it comes to selling it. Any thoughts?

Nice cue...I believe it's priced accordingly. I think you should seriously decide what you want to do with it before you post it .

Once it's gone...it's usually gone. I don't believe you want a case of "seller's remorse".

Beautiful cue!

Keep it. Market sucks, and that is some nice weaponry. Just my opinion though. Good luck on whatever you decide!

Today's market says to hold. You won't regret it(unless you really, really need the $$$)

BTW, the wife wants to know the weight.

I'd pay 3500+shipping immediately for this cue, but you have to ship it internationally, just think about it

To buy this cue brand new at J&J Cues (the one and ONLY place to buy them new in the entire US.. prices higher anywhere else), the price would be $5200. Phil is selling it for what it cost when he bought it, which is MORE than fair. Trying to get a brand new cue for $1700 off (when NONE are to be found in new condition) is not even close to a fair offer. I would have bought this today at his asking price without batting an eye if I didn't have my money tied up in other cues being built.

You are right, price is reasonable, question is is he willing to ship it abroad

You're both right

Only my humble opinion, but in this economy $3500 cash + shipping is worth considering.Bird in the hand kind of a thing. It should be 4K,but in this market 35 hundred is really worth thinking about. As I said earlier, just my 2 cents.Good luck to the seller and potential buyer. You gotta love the ring work and the butt sleeve has really nice "windows" and veneers. All around really nice TAD.
BR,Marc

Yeah, I like the butt sleeve, also. It appears that the boxes are stacked instead of mittered.
