I just listened toi an interview with John Schmidt on the www.predator10ball.com site and he was talking about the "break rack".

I have been trying to google it but cant find it. I hope somebody on this forum can help me where to find this so called "break rack".

Thanks,
Nick

Unfortunately I don't have a table (YET) or I would definitely have one.

I talked with Charley Bond at the BCA in Vegas for a LOOOOONG time. Thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. He did help me with one thing on my break. The results were almost immediate........

He also showed me how to practise a 2nd ball break using the product which I passed onto a friend that owns a Breakrak. Very innovative product.

I too have personally met Charley and he is a very nice guy. He was very easy to talk to and has great personality.

The BreakRak is a must have tool. When I own my own table, I will also invest in the BreakRak.

OUCH! $260, going to have to think about this for a bit. Can anyone think of a negative to just using some epoxy to glue an old set of balls together in a racked formation and using some large pipe insulation to protect the rails?

it would probably be crap.

it's flawlessley designed and a great invention. i think 260 dollars for something which will enable you to take hundreds of break shots an hour without getting tired is well worth it.

Hi Nick,

Nice to see you posting here on AzB, and congratulations to you and Vanessa with the young and upcoming poolplayer! ;) (I probably know how you feel, I just became "dad" to 5 kittens :D)

I have never tried the breakrak myself, but have only heard good things about it. If it wasn't so expensive I would buy one myself.

The bad thing is that I don't think it will help you get a perfect one-pocket break ;)

Roy

Thanks for the site Blackjack

@Roy,
The little one is already here! :) He is born on the 14th of May, his name is Sky. He and his mother are doing very good.
You good luck with the kittens ;)
