So, what about that long stretch of burn marks where the CB is traveling up to the rack? If a buy breaks a lot will that stretch eventually cause issues with the cloth too?

There is no perceptible difference to the cloth there, other than visually.
Looks just like my 860HR cloth on my Diamond Pro I just sold.
Glen (RKC) came over to tear it down, and he said they weren't burns, but rather Aramith polish rubbing off the cue ball. He recommended using Meguires auto cleaner/wax on the balls instead to avoid the white marks.
Can anyone confirm that's a solution?
Not saying Glen is wrong, but I don't wax my balls and still have those marks.
Those marks don't effect how the cloth plays, it is looks only.
There are only two ways I know not to have those marks o the table.
1. Don't play on the table
2. Only play 14.1 or one pocket.
Any game where you have to break hard, and continually break from a specific place on the table will cause these.
If you have the marks and you want to get rid of them or at least make them less noticeable, use a slightly damp rag to rub them out.
