Breaking ground on new backyard pool hall

Nice choice! It comes in 3 or 4 pocket sizes too, incase you didn't notice. Same price for any. They are that way from the factory, not shimmed if you want tight ones. I'd personally get the biggest ones, but I'm a banger.
I ordered it with the 4 3/4 pockets! I don't want tightass pockets, I'm not gonna play tournaments and my kids and grand kids and relatives need to be able to make a ball and have fun. It's just a fun table. If I did play a tourney I could handle 4 1/2 pockets. But that probably won't happen.

Can you still run packages? Or too old now?:)
If i play this table for a month or so I could throw more than a couple out there, but I haven't played much in over 50 years but I can still hang a little I believe. I'll practice 14 and 1 quite a bit and work on breaking a hundred. I should be able to do that reasonably quick. But we'll see, if i break a 100 I'll post it!

I put a swimming pool off my back patio a couple months ago. Was gonna build my pool hall first but decided on the swimming pool first! Now I'm gonna pour the slab for my one table pool hall next monday! 20 by 24.

I'll put a new gold crown in there with 4 1/2 inch pockets.
Why not bigger so you can fit more than juts a pool table, will there be heat and AC?

Why not 5" corner and 5.5" side pockets

Bro has so much land he's just randomly dropping buildings all over the backyard. 😂 First a lawn shed, then a swimming pool, now a pool room... next it'll be another garage, a basketball court, or maybe a pickleball court. Serious question though, how do you get to the pool room when it's raining or snowing without getting wet 😆?

Can we see a picture of the whole property? I'm curious how it's all laid out. Did you actually have a master plan, or did you just point at random spots in the yard and tell the contractors, "Put it there!"?

I have pecan trees from the highway to the back of my place. The house picture there's two pear trees, 5 peach trees and two apple trees. The driveway picture has crape myrtle trees lining the driveway. Plus i planted four new pecan trees along the ditch or front of my 1.67 acres. 3 Pawnee and one Jackson pecan tree. Next year I'll probably make or complete a driveway all around the back of my house between the pool hall and swimming pool made out of pea gravel and it will connect to a turn around spot halfway down my driveway. Plus I've built a golf green on the left side of my property for putting and pitching balls up on the green. I've purchased 10 lbs of golf green seed for the putting surface. I'll put 3 cups on the green. Used the dirt from my pool to build the green with my 24 horse kubota tractor. I have a ton of edging to do on my place. Lol 😆 have 14 pecan trees and 3 hicans. House is 3 2 and 2
. 1655 square ft. Metal roof.

Property taxes are high in Texas. Did you plant enough pecan trees to qualify for an ag exemption?
My property taxes were over 3k and that was no city taxes, but my age saved me and they've been reduced to 1200$. But the new swimming pool and the pool hall will push them up some! I dont believe i can get an exemption on less than two acres. These are ranchets here in my neighborhood. 2-3 acres.
