The duty of care he owed to the matter was not met. That is criminal. Trust me, any and all prosecutorial options are on the table.paterno isnt the criminal here. accusations were made and he kept it internal and passed the info on to his superiors. this is the reason he isnt being indicted. he shouldnt of been fired. he is definiteky being persacuted and he will not be prosecuted. the two are not one in the same.
