Here is the break. Draw never really took-slightly jacked up due to rail-cueball slides into stack
I will try high right but..... I think collision with stack will take the right off?

Use a short sharp stroke. That will put maximum spin on the cue ball.
And yes hitting the stack will take a little spin off the cue ball but the object is to just spin off the rail a foot to two feet not go around the table.
