Well...if you add up the cost of cushions, cloth, other materials...then depending on what has to be done to....or repaired on the sub-rails/rails....you'd be in the neighborhood of $1,000+...on the low side
If the TONGUE fits....wear it....RODENT:...any little furry thing that looks like it comes from the RAT, GERBIL, GROUND HOG, MONGOOSE...MOUSE family of RODENTS that can reach around with their tongues and WIPE clean after taking a dump....not to mention.....wipe their buddies clean as well....DESERVE to be called....RODENTS:rotflmao1::rotflmao1:
People...when you're looking to buy a used pool table....even from a so called reputable billiards supply company like "Fodor Billiards Gameroom Design Center" in Colorado Springs, CO. make sure you ask questions like...are all the rails matching, is the hardware in THAT used pool table all OK? If you don't, you may just be in for a BIG suprise...with your USED pool table purchase. There's NO guarantee that you're going to get any better of a used pool table from a retail store than you are from someone just selling a used pool table on the enet.
This is just an example of what I'm talking about, as this table was sold to the Elks Club from Fodor's....with rails from 3 different GC3's...all GC rails have serial numbers on them....so you need to make sure they're all matching rails when you're buying a used GC.
Here's the example of what you might just be buying. In these pictures, there's 15 out of 18 rail bolt anchors that are not used in any GC's...can you guess which ones they are....and why?
The reason why they were all changed is because all the normal GC3 anchor plates were all screwed up at some time in the past, and rather than replace them with the correct anchor plates....cheap replacement ones were installed in their place...which will bend in half if over tightened. I guess this table at one time use to be in Pinky's Pool room in Denver, and judging by all the damages to this table that had NOTHING to do with playing on it....don't speak very highly of the mechanic's that have worked on this table in the past...because no one has taken the time to fix it right out of all the times its been worked on.

If they HAD a pet Mongoose...it would at least be smart enough not to mess with this PISSED off Cobra right about now with all the shit I have to fix on this GC3 that shouldn't have EVER had to be fixed...for the money the Elks paid to get this table

The mongoose kills cobras regularly. Unless the cobra gets very lucky, the mongoose is faster, and grabs it behind its head and bites hard enough to kill it. Even if the snake bites the mongoose, it usually recovers. However the King Cobra is a lot more powerful in comparison to other cobras and snakes. No one is sure whether a mongoose can defeat the King Cobra, we have yet to see this epic battle.
