Definelty agree with MN Hunter- because of the wrap- and the ring work
 
It is possibly an Ariel Carmeli. I had a Carmeli with the same ring work, wrap and points. Check with Carmeli and show a close up of the pin. He didn't sign his early work. Hope for your sake it is one of his.
