This is a nice cue but definitely not converted from a Brunswick titlist. Veneer colors are wrong (titlist were always maple, mahogany, teal, and purple). Points are also longer than titlist and the cue appears to be short splice (forearm and handle built separately and screwed together. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Not a titlist as far as I can see, but looks to be a very nice cue.

.

Doc - does it look like a vintage Adam to you? In which case, it could
be fullsplice. I also believe Palmer had similar point/veneer combo at one
time, so maybe started life as a Palmer.

I am suspecting it is full splice. Maybe Adam or possibly otherwise. It's definitely a sweet cue and I don't think people should be put off necessarily if it is not a titlist. It looks like very nice veneers. It may in fact be a Brunswick or other "vintage" maker splice. But not a Titlist....

Yeah....jayman alert....

Rieper? Katz? Other?

I dunno.....but it's a sweet cue....

With the length of the points as is, and the spread between the points at the wrap being so wide, if it is a full splice, it has some of the longest points I've ever seen! As has been said by several, it is a very nice looking cue regardless of who made it or whether it's a full or short splice. To the OP.. Good luck with your sale!

Bump for a sale...there is a risk for the both the seller and buyer here, I'm taking a risk selling it for less than $500 given it could be worth a lot more and the buyer is taking a risk not knowing for certain who created this pretty cue....

Titleist

From my guess, this cue appears to be by Competition Sports, who made some replica cues. The slotted butt with the "faux" mother of pearl tells me this, since I have seen similar cues.

Titlist veneer colors

Here is a pic of true Titlist veneers.

Competition Sports = a "pseudonym" for Adam Cues.
