Met him and got some lessons. I not only learned a lot but we had a lot of laughs doing it. He's a helluva nice guy!

first I've heard about Buddy
I'm so sorry to hear you've been sick, my friend. Most of your fans know you as the greatest of the greats. Eddie Taylor said you were the best nine ball player he ever saw. Eddie, like myself also know you are a fine human being. I remember, both, our traveing together and you torturing me with the six, when I was at my best. Money comes and goes, but the pool you put on my ass in shreveport will stick with me 'til my last days...darnitt!

I just talked to Buddy Hall and he is doing much better.
He asked me to thank everyone for their get well wishes and prayers. He had me laughing when he said he can't lay up there in the bed any longer! Next week if he still feels better he is going to Tampa Florida, so pool players in Florida get ready for a visit from Buddy hall. He has a son in Florida, that he is going to see while he is there.
Buddy was really Happy about all the AZB'ers concern for him, and his health. I could go on and on about Buddy, but I wont! He is such a nice guy!!
Pretty soon he will be back to having clinics and pool lessons! I thank everyone on AZB for their stories and best wishes to get well for Buddy. He calls me his friend in New Orleans. Way to go Buddy!!
