Look if you want to shoot just like Buddy, you have to have the same cue also. The tip alone wont do it. Additionally you have to perfect the Buddy Hall walk. Those three things and to the top you go!:)
 
WOW.... how much clearer can it be !!!!!! Two answers.... two tips. If there are 50 different tip and 50 responses, maybe that will clear it up. I find this with a lot of responses on this site. Seems like everyone is an expert and every expert gives a different answer. How do ya know when the real answer is given??????

Well, Tiger is a supporter of Buddy Hall and I have sent him the tips (Sniper's) personally at his request more than once. If he had made a change, he did not tell me about it.

Perhaps you should ask Buddy personally. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to investigate every instance of such matters.

Next time I see Buddy, or he calls, he'll tell me.

Edit: Last time I spoke with Buddy, he broke it down: Sniper Tip, Predator 314 Shaft, and J. Pechauer Custom Cue.

Buddy could play with a tip cut from the leather on my shoe. FTR, Buddy told me the same thing about him using LePro but that was a while back.

If he is using the Sniper tips, he may be trying to tweak his cue. :grin:

Well, Buddy told me..., wait a minute, I just got caught up in the moment, I've actually never spoken to Buddy, but I have personally witnessed that he did have a tip!!;)
 
Buddy Hall

Back in the late 80's I sat next to him at a bar in Fla.He was making a guy wait while he finished his beer. Then he gets up and drills the guy no problem. His cue was a one of a kind Meucci . It ha a gold Kentuucky rifle inlayed on it.I think it was purpleheart or some kind of purple. I would bet it had LePro's on it. I had a Szamboti but he told me that if he had to buy a cue it would be a Shick but that was 20 years ago like when I could play a little and had lots of HAIR!
