I have a ton of experience building pool tables as well as billiards tables, and had a lot of knowledge before i even got started, so building them was no big deal for me. But you, from all the questions you've already asked have no idea as to what you're doing to even have a basic knowledge of what you're getting yourself into, all i can say is good luck, i have nothing more to contribute to this thread.
And for the record, i rebuilt the rails for that Delmo 9ft out on the side walk in front of the customers home as that was my shop area...LOL
