Bustie and Efren, the Dynamic Duo!

Ordinary? Won him World Championship. Maybe the right word is simple design cue. And that ordinary looking cue is now the worlds most expensive.

I think every ordinary cue that Efren used becomes one of the most expensive cue.:):smile:

Django, Alcano and Alex. You can definitely mix and match these 3.

Django will be the steadying force in case Efren retires. Alcano is the closest thing to Efren when it comes
to safeties, CB control and imagination, while Alex is the calming influence. Heck! I wouldn't even mind if they
change next year's format to Scotch Doubles + 1!

some filipino-players that could work good as a team, imo, when Efren will retire:

Alex Pagulayan - Dennis Orcullo
Ronato Alcano - Lee Van Corteza
Fransisco Bustamante - Roberto Gomez

Just watched the final rack. Thank you to whoever posted it. I will be visiting the Philippines for the first time and I think it will be the highlight of my life.

Wow, that picture says it all. Look at poor Ralf Souquet in the benched position, in white. :(

Okay, Cue Lovers. What cue is that in Efren's little paws? :)

AzBilliards Gold Star goes out to who can NAME THAT CUE!

I'm not a cue expert but Efren's cue looks like a sneaky of some sort. Predator maybe???

Bustie & Efren tandem

Efren's victory dance is awesome!

This is the kind of loyalty and synergy that come as two friends come to close to reading each other's mind. Not to forget the tons of knowledge each possesses. I am sure we will still see a lot of Efren as years go by.

Some friends of mine say that the cue Efren used could be a JoBo sneaky that he was trying out for some time. This cuemaker is also from Pampanga
and getting to be recognized by now. He made a set of identical break and playing cues for a friend of mine loaded with ivory and it is just gorgeous.

Congrats mga pare!!!
