To have a butterfly pointed cue made with my own design and specs, I wanted to get some cue maker recommendations.......What cue maker would best match the following criteria : Nice, honest guy/good to work with - Experienced and does excellent work with butterfly points - Has excellent wood - Is somewhat reasonably priced and doesn't have a super long wait time to get the cue made.

Billy Webb makes some nice looking butterflies as well. He has posted some in the past. I think you can search his posts by using the "search" function located above. I think his ID is spiderwebb or something like that. Cornerstone billiards has a couple of his cues for sale.

S. Klein, Cutter as he is called here. Here is an example of his work. I don't think his wait time is to bad. Hell of a nice guy, great to work with. He meets all the criteria and more that you are looking for.

Paul Fanelli is hands down the best butterfly man in the business. His cue designs are unparalleled. His butterflies are beautiful. And he is one of the nicest, most easy going guys around. You can't go wrong.
 
I agree about Paul Fanelli...

Paul does superb work. He is very easy to talk to and no one exceeds his quality construction.
 
When I hear the words butterfly points I immediatley think of Dennis Deickman. Barrenbruge also comes to mind as well.
 
Mike Webb and I are working on building a cue for me and I have seen his butterfly work. It is top notch and VERY easy to work with. His price points are very reasonable.
 
Paul Fanelli is the main man in this catagory. His points are beautiful and long, and look balanced with his butterflies.
 
Yes. Paul Fanelli is the man. Miltonio is also a butterfly design guru. Haven't heard much about his cues or their playability, though.

sorry to said, Mr. Fanelli don't take order. but if he has any cue for sale than you can buy whatever he has in stock. from what i remember, he does has 1 cue for sale now. here is his contact# 973-473-7721

just spoke w/ paul a few weeks ago, he is finishing some orders, then he said he is going to start his own designs(no more orders). but he said he had some for sale. give 'em a call! good luck!

Billy would be my first sugestion also , But a fire got his house while he was on vacation , so he is done for a while
