Where in Michigan you live Jedi... If that guy reneges on the auction and you decide to take my offer we should meet halfway in Michigan City or somewhere similar for the transaction, play for a bit... I live 15 min from Indiana border... Park Forest, IL... I am sure we could find a place within 2-3 hours of each of us...

I am always up for a short road trip... I could hit the casinos on the way home and maybe get my money back that way...

I am in Flint.

That would be a GREAT idea!

I'd rather to a transaction like that is person anyhow. Plus I have a lot of family on the west side of the state I could visit while I am over there....

Let's see what he does and go from there...

I'm Pissed.

That Prick still hasn't replied to one single message I have sent him.

Won it over 3 days ago and will not reply to anything.

Why would someone intentionally bid on something they have no intentions of buying?

Now E-bay is already invoicing me on something that won't even get sold through them.......

What recourse do I have with E-bay about them charging me with the sale, and it was never sold cause the winner was a dead beat???

I think they're charging you for listing the item whether it sold or not.

That was bad luck to run into something like this on your first deal. Be patient anyway. Remember, innocent until proven deadbeat!

The bad news: to me it sounds like the sale might fall through. If that's the case, you wait the period of time and file an unpaid item dispute:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/unpaid-item-process.html

Before you do it - call the buyer by requesting contact information on this form:

http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?UserInformationRequest

If the deal doesn't go through, the buyer will have a strike against them for not following through and they wil credit the selling fee. You will still have to pay the small relisting fee.

Sorry,

Chris
