Good Evening Fellow AZ'ers,

First, I would like to apologize for such a Personal Business Matter ( NON AZ RELATED ) to have Consumed so many of the AZ members' time........

I have been in the Billiard Business for over 27 years....... Starting out as the Novice Kid in the shipping & receiving department of a family billiard business to running a 10 Million Dollar Company ( Mali Company ) so to say that I have experienced many UNIQUE business situations would be understated........

I am disappointed in the comments by the members that do not know me nor have had any business transactions with me......I am humbled by the statements of those that know me and have posted thoughts of such feeling......

I spoke with Shane this afternoon and have GUARANTEED him that this situation which he has chosen to discredit MY Reputation in such a NON related forum will be resolved......

Thanks for taking the time to read and understand my thoughts on this situation......

This is in fact a related forum to reflect your reputation in the industry, as you do represent yourself as a stand up guy who just recently reappeared after making your reputation public in a billiard forum for the "pool world" to see the truth behind these actions.

The cases are related to the billiard forums. Nick Serdula is owed a case that we did a conference call with. Some of the cases that I returned to you were owed to me with the thought of a cash refund for items returned. Mark Robinsky is owed a chocolate brown ostrich 3x6 that was never given to him. I placed calls, texts, emails, and even local people in the cleveland area to send out feelers to see if you were "OK" ( health wise ) When I see you on Facebook posting status's for example "at (restaurant) having drinks…..) then tagging friends" makes me well aware that your not physically incapable of answering a phone call.

This should be public knowledge as we both do business in the billiard industry on and off of AZB. There was no paper receipts between us on purchases of cases and selling of the cases to one another. Our relationship was business at first and then friends.

I took it on my own liberty to contact Mike Roberts of Its george cases on my own to handle business myself and not to screw any more people like you have done to them.

Its quite funny that all of the sudden after months upon months of a disappear no show, a million phone calls, emails, and even friends of "ours" couldn't even get him to respond to the situation that once I post something on AZB you instantly reply to establish yourself as a stand up guy in the billiard industry. I stand up and answer to people even when I don't have the cash or the ability to provide people with the answers they want to hear.

So for the last thing I'm going to say to this thread until tomorrow is this.

YES. We did talk today, You did say you will refund me "what is mine" there was a small threat made towards me and I do not take things like this lightly. Once I receive the package and the contents I will post on this thread informing people of how you "made things right" and gave me "what was mine" so they know that you will return them goods. You will return them their belongings………..
 
Hopefully, for both parties, a resolution is forecoming ... sooner than later.

There was no threat, big or small, implied this afternoon...... I said "you will get what is yours" meaning you will receive what is owed to you.....That is simply stated........

Shane,,i think you are both nice guys and should talk it out like men not here on AZ,,this deal took place between both of you outside of AZ and i see they give scott and Negative itraded but this deal want not done on AZ,,it was done between the two of you,,and i am sure you both have your sides of the story,,but i am tired of all the nitwits here on AZ,,,jumping on the band wagon and they realy dont know shit!! but have just nothing else to do,,,GROW UP all of you,,call me if you want me to wotk it out for the both of you.

It appears Shane did try to work this out as MAN would..
6 months of trying to reach a resolution ALONE would be a bit frustrating, and I applaud Shane for being that patient..

To quote kenny and dale. I've been patient. I never planned on it coming back to me. It is in recent post which caused this to happen. Kenny I have done thousands of dollars in business with scott. I had no reason as a business relationship or friend relationship to avoided or dodged with no explanation. I was very patient and curious. Calling at times to make sure that he was ok. I was concerned for his health and health of family members. Even calling close personal mutual friends.

At the time it was about the money. In the end it was the principle. Kenny you may known both of the sides but you didn't call and ask me anything instead read a brief summary of what was mentioned.

I like to think that I handle business correctly and I have tried to model myself after some of the better people in this industry. Up until this particular incident scott was someone I looked up to.

The reason for this whole post was not to cause drama but to let people know that I did everything in my power and I tried to do everything right but was shit on in the long run. Just because he came out of the wood work a half a year later and told me he's going to return my items to me doesn't make it "ok" to treat a friend and business associate this way.

Kenny you may do big business with scott and people like him but don't forget that the short stacked guys also make things happen. I'm just trying to say it might've been a 6 month misunderstanding but it takes two minutes to call someone and express the problem. Don't avoid it. That's how you do business.
