I got ripped off from eBay on a used Predator break cue. I paid $182.47 for an auction I won thru PayPal and never received the cue. It was paid in full June 3rd, 2007. Beware of this person. She said it was shipped, communication very poor and seldom replied to my emails.

Latest update:

lacey6783 said s/he sent out the cue July 10th, 2007 after it was still at the post office because it didn't have proper postage paid on June 5th, yeah right! Well, today is July 23rd, hmmm... no cue, I have filed fraud charges, and all the necessary paperwork with PayPal to get most of my refund from them. I think I'm going to go to my Credit Union and get them to put a stop payment on the PayPal. Lacey6783 you have had plenty of time to fix this problem, but now you are EXPOSED for the REAL person you are. I hope anyone that knows this person will encourage them to do what is right. Enough said.

FEELING VERY FRUSTRATED,
John

Definitly file a claim with Paypal asap. Why not post this persons eBay user ID as a notice to others.

I sent Tara a e-mail with a link to this thread .
Maybe she'll fix this before she becomes a cyberspace deadbeat !!

I've sent her many emails, tried PayPal resolution with no response, and now it's time to share information with others so they don't get burned like I did. She claims she sent the cue out on the 5th of June, but it never made it to me. It's possible it is lost in USPS, but I have never had a cue vanish before, not over a month anyway. Her eBay user name is:

lacey6783

Hope this helps.

Ask for proof of mailing, she is responsible to prove she mailed it no matter what with paypal.

Please email me.

I sent the cue and showed proof. Please contact me and I will refund till i can findout where it is.Thank you

Then post a tracking number here to clear your reputation up on this board, others have when there is a dispute.

Send refund thru PayPal like I did for you ASAP and I will withdraw negative feedback on eBay.

My PayPal account is: johnkmarshall@comcast.net

As soon as you refund my money I will leave a message with AZbilliards that you at least followed thru with refund after 6 weeks. I've sent you at least 8-10 emails and it takes someone from AZbilliards emailing you this posting THEN you finally reply??? I've been more than patient. PLEASE DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO.

Thank you.

Go to www.paypalsucks.com and join the forums to learn how to properly file a claim. You only get one chance and there are ways a seller can still screw you over even if you file a claim.

I think if you all meet her at a tournament maybe you could break her leggs for the money:D :D :D

why don't you give her a chance and maybe she could resolve this.

Steven,

You are right. I've waited 6 weeks to get my cue, maybe another couple months it will show up?? Something is fishy. IMHO she didn't want to sell the cue at the winning auction price of $166.00 plus shipping expenses. With that being said, it is entirely possible USPS lost the cue and she is not to blame. If that is the case I owe her a HUGE apology, and I will do that if it shows up. Then I'll let everyone know what happened with USPS.

Either way I've paid and will continue to be somewhat patient, but that is beginning to wear thin.

Still waiting,
John

If there is a pattern of fraud, you can get ahold of the atourney general's office in that state, and they will be glad to take it from there! its just the sort of thing they seem to enjoy. Get ahold of as many victims as you can first! It makes it go much faster that way.
