If it was a court case, a sharp lawyer would have caught this discrepancy.

As far as others saying that I had cut the case when I opened it, I am 100% sure that I didn't because for one I was so excited that I just tore the box open with my bare hands and not with a box cutter and the cut looked old.

I DID NOT open the case with a knife of anysort, it was completely unnecessary to use a knife. All I did was use my car key to break the tape on the top side of the box...

So Mr Hotdogg, you say you only used your bare hands, then you change your story and say you used a car key. Why don't you just admit it, you used a knife and accidently cut the case?

A lawyer would have had fun with that one.
 
It was also bubble wraped. Now let's do the forensics on the cuts. No brainer.:eek:

DA,its already been shown that there were cuts from previous photos when pathman had it.........
