There is the old saying of A picture is worth a 1000 words.
Problem is pictures are used to deceive.
Only way to make it clear is to advertise it as one butt and one shaft for sale. Take one picture of what you are selling. Then post another picture of the other shaft that is available for the extra cost.
I stay away from sales that show a picture of many cues and says cue for sale is the one from the left and etc. If it is too inconvient to take a picture of the cue that is being sold than shipping will be a nightmare and all I see is problems.

You guys are both the reason for the confusion- Seller's listing wasn't clear and buyer failed to clarify terms of arrangement prior to pulling the trigger.

I don't blame you for getting upset, but don't get caught up in it. Delete your posts above and move on with life.
You seem to have attracted two great buyers!!
The first one says the shaft is warped and then won't send the cue back for a refund. Seems he is intent on just bashing you instead of working on solving the issue at hand.
The second one who comes on here three months later just to argue with you and bash you. I just don't understand.

As far as sending the money via gift on paypal, it is your responsibility to say no if you're not comfortable with the situation. You are the one giving up your rights, if you didn't like it don't do it. I tell people that I will take $XXX if payed with a gift and if not they need to add 3% to the price to cover the charge. It is up to them to accept the gift payment, but I know I am not out to screw anyone so I'm not worried about it either way as long as I get the amount I'm asking.
