Gentlemen, enough is enough. If you have had a bad experience with someone here, that is what the feedback is for. I'm tired of the constant belittling and insults.

I never thought of doing but:
In January I sent this man this message to stud7 after he contacted me. Then I said no escrow and I would just send it to Mr. Barnhart for a rewrap then he was mad.
He seemed like the kind of buyer that was looking for a beef. And here he is now. He didn't want a cue with no issues rewrapped by Cory. He wanted to complain. A no issues cue. A partial refund would be a big no. He didn't want a the rewrapped and cleaned cue. He wanted a beef. Now the cue he wanted was a broken cue? He keeps saying that on this board.
He has been nothing but a piss ant of a buyer trying to tell me how to sell a cue to him.
He has no business calling me anything but is allowed to do so here.
He should be banned.

You will have to call. Pay by check. The cue leaves the escrow after I have cashed the check. I will see if Marcus still will do escrow if so.
This is a satisfaction sale? You do not like it send it back. I refund your money. You own the cue until I receive it in the condition sold you insure as you own it. It disappears or is broken you own it until I receive the cue same condition as shipped. If that happens you get full refund by check. I do not have feedback on anything being returned. Nothing comes back all satisfaction sales.

Understand the wrap shows wear. My finger tips touch the worn area. I think Jose flattened the wrap out with a cueball. Never asked. It didn't bother me. I bought the cue for my wife. Then when I gave it to her she said she didn't like the periwinkle colors.

After sending this message I chose to have everything made perfect by the builder. That is when his crap started. And continues.
Maybe now your rules should apply him. Ban him
I can't show a cue without the idiot complaining so here be his story.
