I was told by a road player who is very good friends with CJ. He told me Shane was in town and played CJ, said he was there. I had no reason to not believe him. So I will post until I find out otherwise. I forgot you are perfect.

Not perfect by any means. I've been corrected many times on here and did not get my bowels in an uproar. Just suggesting you check your sources.

He was good for about 30 hours because his physical condition and mental training was spot-on,thanks to his involvement with martial arts and Eastern culture, where these things are the whole purpose of life. He's played 3-4 sets in front of me that verge on being the best pool I've ever seen. He heard Jose Parica complaining about the added money at a tournament and told him "well, there is a 20,000 added tournament at my place in Dallas every night". His game might not be where he wants it,but it eventually will be back. If you think about it though,he probably made the right choice as far as choosing the business side over his actual play. CJ had that Big Game that is hard to beat in 9-Ball. The abililty to string racks and fast. Others that had it include Earl, Mark Tadd and Dennis Hatch. These guys were world beaters when they got rolling.

hey jay, i just saw an old accustats from 1992 with cj and mike sigel in a race to 13. it went hill hill and sigel fluked in the nine. i beileve you racked for them most of the set. i bet youve seen some awesome pool in your day. it was from the 1992 bicycle club open.

I haven't seen any photos of CJ in a while, and I must say that I'm awful glad he's growing his mullet back. It is the shizzle! If you remember, when he that HUGE mullet he was a monster 9 ball player. It is kind of like the biblical story of Sampson.....maybe the longer he grows his hair, the better he will play?? Ok...I'll shut up now.

Just want to get the fact. I played CJ at the DCC and we broke even. I have never played CJ in Dallas. the only player i played in Dallas is Joey B., Chen, Shane M and Roger G. I also want to say thank you for the people that are looking after me. I know im a good kid and i love to play. and im always good for the action. Thank you.;)

Yes, I was the T.D. and designated rack boy. That was one of Sigel's last tourneys before retiring. He was still playing real good back then.

SDK,
You can find him at Pool Sharks in Las Vegas trying to qualify for the Reno IPT $3,000,000.00 Tourney. He has to get past the likes of Antonio Lining, Dave Matlock, Moro Paez, Cory Harper, Arturo Rivera, Danny Medina, Cliff Joiner, Ian Costello, George Michaels, Tang Hoa, King Kong and Deo to name some of the competators there.

Check out the IPT website for updates.

This sounds like the makings of a good match. Dallas is where he will want to play.

My work is done.

If you can PM me if you play CJ. I could use another pool lesson.

Good luck to the both of you.
