I would still favor Alex but he is definitely in the strongest group.

Yes he's Japanese and I know he's a student,although I don't know the UBC part.

Wanna wager on that? At the last event aka the Western Canadian Open Edwin Montal finished fifth. I noticed there were quite a few players from Winnipeg which is good to see. I'll post back later to compare how well we did compared to the players from Winnipeg.

I didn't see anything first hand but I imagine there had to be some small stakes action taking place with so many great players all in one venue, I will ask Edwin next time I see him if anybody knows it will be him (he was probably involved )
