just finished polishing Cambodian Rosewood front and back with Brasilwood/Pernambuco handle.Brasilwood is the premier wood for violin bows, with excellent tonal properties.the Rosewood is much like Cocobolo but slightly less oily and a little higher tone.
this cue turned out to be very colorful,a little more colorful than i had originally planned, but i still like it.it was made a for an AZ member that hasn't been logged on since last July so i have a feeling it will be listed in the for sale section soon.but i will PM him one more time and give him a few days to respond.19.25oz,12.9mm shafts with one Kamui Black and one Milk Dud with yellow micarta ferrules and brass 3/8-10 pin with .308" minor.
