Can anyone recognize this cue

Only in Philippines they can make such a cue for such money. My advice is not to take it. 400$ are a lot of money if the cue is warped.
 
From the Filipino cues I've held in my hands over the years, I would never buy one.
Nice looking cue except for the rounded inlays, warps, and, and other workmanship details.
For $250 you can't go wrong if it rolls good, $400 had it been straight together & apart.
 
I Have a Warped

butt Gracio cue. Two shafts, one with a break tip. Probably worth $500 or more if straight. Can't sell as is and Gracio would not fix it. Now maybe worth half that at the most.
