if i had these i would not cut them, i believe they are worth more money as a display set, you can buy plenty of small pieces for cue building, but once these are cut all they are worth is the ivory weight. btw i have about 50 pieces of carved ivory on display at my jewelry store, the largest pieces are a pair of carved elephant tusk about 24 inches long, and a scrimshawed walrus tusk 25 inches long.
Ivory sells by the pound.
Last I heard, it's over $100 a pound.
That's the best way to sell it.
Call Schick, Bender, Black, Tascarella, Barry, some one like that.
They will give you top dollar usually.
