I also believe it to be a Steve Mizerak cue which was imported. They sold in places like Walmart and Kmart among others for about $25-40 around 25 years ago (not sure what the full year range was they sold during, I just remember them for several years there around 25-30 years ago-ish).

It’s a dove cue, which may or may not be a Steve Mizerak, it depends on if his name is on the forearm.

Signed or unsigned doesn't matter much. Taiwan import you could by at K-mart.
