Can u order a new diamond or brunswick table to your specs?

I was just wondering if u can order a new diamond pro-am or brunswick gold crown 5 to your pocket specs with out wasting new rubber to extend the rails or adding new thicker pocket facings (shims) to make the the pockets tighter? thanks for your time professor

You can forget Brunswick in this conversation, or anyone else for that matter. :wink: As far as "your" spec's, that all depends on what you're looking for. Diamond cuts the rails out on a CNC machine, and to have spec's other than what Diamond uses would require making a new program for just ONE set of rails:wink: There is no money to be made taking individual pocket spec's when it comes to mass producing rails because if you gave everyone their own choice of pocket openings, production would come to a halt.

So, once again it depends on what you have in mind, I might be able to help you:grin:

Diamond already uses the 3/16" facings in place of the 1/8" so you'd only gain 1/8" tighter pockets by going to the 1/4" facings, which would only give you 4 3/8" corner pocket openings:grin:
 
Probably so. I know I can order new Olhausen's with tighter shimmed pockets. I just ordered (2) 9' Grand Champions with pockets tightened up 1/4". Most likely Bruns and Diamond will do it too.

Diamond won't stack facings up to make pockets tighter:wink:
