Cant renew my AZB gold, erroring. Help?

When i go to the UserCP, click paid subscriptions, and pick the validity period i want to purchase gold for, i get this message:

Invalid recipient username. Please press the back button, enter the correct username and try again. Click Here to See the Members List

Tried several times and from my phone also. Anyone help??
 
Sorry you're experiencing problems but thank you for deciding to become a paid member....every membership dollar helps Jerry offset some of the added programming costs for modifying the Forum's operating system. If you send Jerry Forsyth a message, He'll be interested in helping you but more importantly, you're helping identify a problem that needs to be corrected right away.

I pm'd AZhousepro as instructed by Mr Wilson explaining that I also received the
same message, never heard back. That was a week ago.
 
We made a small change to the form that is intended to allow people to buy memberships for other people.

Please make sure that your user name is in the box on the form. It should look something like this attachment.

I know users are able to use the form successfully, since I am seeing new memberships.

I figured it out.

On my ipad, I've been using the old interface AZB V3 format. It won't work on there.

I switched it to the new V4, and that gives you the option to enter a user name.

I guess there aren't too many of us left using the old V3.
 
Way To Go.....More Gold Memberships........Remember that March's drawing is a little over 3 weeks away.
Last month was some great JB cases....1st prize was a special custom case John made....it was a beauty.

On the main page in the bottom left hand corner, change the box to azb v4. It is only working in the current version of the bbs software.
