Williebetmore said:Jeez, where in Northern Ontario is there civilization, much less pool tables? We frequently go to the Lake St.Joseph/Horseshoe Lake area in Northern Ontario, and I don't see much in the way of roads or pool tables. Is there a pool playing sub-culture there? Should I be bringing my pool cue on the next vacation??

OK, OK, there's some fine players in Cow Town, in fact I think that Edwin won the tournament in Prince Albert a few weeks back.
Say, do you know what happens when someone from Saskatchewan moves to Alberta ? The average IQ of each province goes up !![]()

It was kinda funny, there was a bunch of people watching the finals, against Charlie Brown, and everytime we (the railbirds) were discussing situations where a safety seemed inevitable, he would play some crazy kick or bank and keep going. He amazed alotta people in Kelowna. We didn't know much about him till he came and took our prize money!!
