Looking at buying a Capone cue, never played with one, anyone have any info on them?? are they still being made? do they do service work on the cues?

Thanks for the info

Mike Capone is another in a long list of legendary cue makers from MD.

Recognized amongst his peers for top-level cues.

(Still?) President of American Cuemakers' Association.

Will he work on his own cues? You shoul call him for input on that.

i owned and played with a Capone from 2004 to 2010 - a very nice playing cue and very good workmanship - his shafts have a bit of a stiffer taper than some other custom makers like Scruggs or Richard Black

Great Cue

Mike makes a great cue..... I have been playing with mine for years. I have used a lot of cues over the years (Black Boar, Scruggs, etc.) and always go back to my Capone.

Capone's kick ass, I have or have had many top tier
cues and I prefer my Purpleheart Merry Widow Capone
to all of them. Just put you a G2 Medium on the shaft
and you'll be hard pressed to find anything better imo.
