This cue has seen very little play.

-Ivory arrow inlays in each point.
-Railroad track ringwork at all locations.
-Ebony Butt sleeve with 12 Ivory inlays.
-Black textured leather wrap.
-Sleeved SS joint, flat faced wood to wood joint w/radial pin
-Butt weighs 16.4
-Two Shafts (One unplayed) with LBM ferrules, 3.5 oz, 12.85mm, and 3.4 oz, 12.85mm
-Cue is nicely forward balanced, 19" from butt.

I am very interested. doing my taxes, maybe with my return i can buy myself a present!

as compared to a Schon, with a metal collared joint, how would you describe the hit ?

Thanks
Steve

Hey, Steve-

That is not a ding, just the reflection of the flash. If you decide to buy the cue I will make a detailed survey of the entire cue using a jewelers loupe.

Since Mike uses a sleeved SS joint, it hits like a flat faced wood to wood cue, such as a Bluegrass, SW or many others. A Schon is a piloted joint and has a different hit to it. If you look at the JSc pic, you will see that the joint is actually wood to wood with radial pin.

Thanks-

This cue is in perfect condition! I can vouch for anything about this cue and David's rep. Cue and owner are class act!

i have owned both and i can say that they hit different. the capone has the sleeved joint that has a much nicer hit. not like the schon. the schon has that metallic ping to it where the capone does not. i love the capones hit compared to a schone. just my opinion. this is a great price on this cue and would be interested myself but have been trying to buy back my capone that i sold and have regreted it ever since. good luck and if you are looking seriously at this you will not be disapointed and are stealing at this price or less. good luck.
