If you have something out of the ordinary like a pilot all I need are the dimensions and I can go from there.
$375 for most threads and $425 for oddballs that require a cnc machining center to cut the threads.

Are these per male/female one size or for a set of finish/ pre-finish size?

This is for one male and one female of one size.
Every one of these is made one at a time. For this kind of accuracy you can't mass produce them hence the cost. You are paying for accuracy not the cost of the materials.

I am going to get a few sets made up for Valley Forge. If you are going to the show and it is a common thread and size I can make them up and bring them. You look at them and decide in person. If they are oddballs I require payment up front.
