He can't scam you if he uses an escrow! THAT'S the problem!
I wanted to pull the trigger on one of the BK2's Chris was selling. But after he refused to refund the money through a FREE escrow, that was all i needed to know.

i think everyone that is bashing this guy on his sale thread should read the forum rules if you are/were not involved in said transactions then you stay out of it....not saying he was right or wrong not my place to judge everyone has the tools on this forum to research any seller on there own no public lynching needs to take place i would even say that if you wanted to be a "hero" and save someone from what you feel is a bad seller then you can pm said buyer and say what you want just not in his thread just my 2 cents.
I agree with you PSSmith, these guys have nothing better to do, than to try and stop me from selling anything.
Fact, is i am still selling things, so there attempts aren't working.

Why not just make things right and then no one will bash you! I appreciate the fact that I've been forewarned about your scams. It is less likely I will get scammed by you!
When someone screws someone else in this forum...EVERYBODY should get on that individual's case until he makes things right! That is how it works here!

Also, if you look at this thread you can see that i took care of the Joss West situation, based on the buyer being reasonable. and now the buyer is not only happy with the outcome, he has since purchased cloth from me.

He asked for a shaft that was 12.75-13mm to make him happy, so i found one and he expected me to send it to him for free, when in reality the fair thing to do would be send me the smaller shaft and i would send him the 12.75mm one i found, however he tried to SCAM me and said i want " the 3rd shaft for free as compensation " give me a break..
My offer still stands, and that is to replace his shaft with a larger one for Free..
BTW, i have no problem using Escrow but just don't think it is needed based on my longevity on this site.

I have no problem giving him the larger shaft, as long as the smaller straighter of the 2 is sent back from Embassy, i will in no way give hime the 3rd shaft.
If he agrees, i will ship you the replacement shaft on your word you will return the smaller straight shaft.
Ps, quit putting bad CP on my username especially when it doesen't concern the Carmeli/Judd transaction.

What? Why would he send back the straight shaft? It's the warped shaft that needs to be replaced! As for the sizes, it is my understanding that there is only a .05mm difference between the two. Look, YOU advertised two shafts, one straight and one with a slight roll...warped is NOT a slight roll. It is the warped shaft that you need to replace. See, this is where you LOSE credibility! It is no wonder he does not trust you! Make it right and replace the warped shaft!

Thanks for your comments. What the seller should do is to refund the full payment to me or replace the cue with another Franklin SW Satin with two reasonably straight full shafts. Replacing the straighter orignal Franklin SW shaft by another SW shaft is just RIDICULOUS. That means I will have a Franklin Satin butt with a warped original shaft at 12.4mm and an unmatched used SW shafts. I bought the cue because it was described as a Franklin SW with two full shafts, one is straight and one has slight roll. And that is the cue l paid for. What I have here is a Franklin SW with two 12.4mm shafts, one with slight roll and one is warped. Seller has declined to use escrow for refund even it is free. This is absolutely SCAM.
I am done trying to help you Embassy, and if a few people here feel like i am a bad guy, and don't want to do business with me, thats the cost of business as you can please everyone all the time.
I am continuing to receive positive itrader feedback, and will continue to do so, i tried to help a friend out, and even though he sold his cue and got the money for it, i am to blame?
I cannot refund you and take a $$ loss, as in the end it was not my cue and i recevied no monatary reward for selling it.
I offered to replace the smaller shaft, as that to me is the right thing to do, but your comments that i am a scammer, and this was a scam have completely turned me off, and i am done with you and any future dealings!!
I will summarize, The lesson here is to "never sell cues for friends again"
