:)have found new carolina cue I am considering buying--am looking for pros and cons fron owners and players who have shot with these cues..it has been discounted $299.00 thanks in advance for the replies----oops37.

I have seen about this dealer seen to say that they are ok. does anyone know anything negative about this web site? I thank everyone who replies

I shoot with a Carolina Custom and it may be one of the best cues I have picked up in a long time. Excellent cues for the money.
 
I own one and will never get rid of it. Their customer service is also outstanding.

It may be the best 299 you've spent in a long time, you can also buy from CC direct :yes:
 
My Carolina that would probably retail in the $1,000.00 ballpark "new" is IMO the BEST hitting cue I've ever had in my hands to date and I wouldn't sell her for that to anybody, even though it's now considered "used". I have a feeling I'll still be playing with this cue 10 years from now.

What does that tell you about how I feel about my Carolina? :grin:

you know even tho I'm fixing to start my tool up to build cues as a side hobby, man i do really think they do clean work. Thanks for the good review guys for I really have been thinking about snapping one up, they are beautiful and are wayyyyyyy underpriced from what I see and hear.

What's the material on the ferrule? looks like yellow micarta?
 
I will tell you that you will not be disappointed. I had them build me one last April and I am getting ready to have them build me another one. The hit and balance are great.
