Does anybody know the dimensions for a carom cue? I know they are thicker at the joint and the butt but I don't know the dimensions. Also what kind of taper and ferrule? Total length? Any help would be appreciated.

i built a cue for a customer that wanted a extra shaft for carom.
he wanted a 27 inch shaft, 11 3/4 mm tip, 1/2 inch long ferrule, and a constant taper.

You might want to ask this in the Carom forum...

Once upon a time Carom players prefered shorter, thicker cues
than typical pool cues - IIUC there is a bit of a trend to longer cues.
