I know from reading through all the posts lately on finishes and even some past posts that I found with the search function that there are several makers and repair guys that are using Ceramithane.
I bought a quart of it and was going to try it out on some j/p's, Geeeez it's gonna take forever to use this quart just doing small joint protectors, lol.
I was wondering if anyone using it would be so kind as to share some tips on the application and use of it. The directions say it can be brushed on or sprayed on.
Are the ones using it brushing it or spraying it ??
Do you have the cue (j/p's in my case) spinning ?? If so, how fast/slow ??
After it dries, do I sand it and polish it like I would if I had used CA ??
Sand the shiny spots down until it's all dull and polish ??
I'm gonna play and experiment with it and see what happens, gonna just take a piece of maple and brush it on and let it sit for the night. Any and all suggestions, tips, secret way to hold my mouth, etc... would be greatly and kindly appreciated, all secrets will be held in the vault for my life expectancy, I more than welcome any PM if you don't want to post for the public to see.
Thanks in advance for any and all tips.
