According to Google maps, if they are on 59, going north from Slidell, which is north of NO, I would guess, Picayune, Bogalusa, Hattiesburg and Laurel.

Houma, being right on one bayou and very close to the gator action. If I remember, Troy is from Slidell.

If you're talking about Troy Landry, he's way on the other side of Louisiana. No where near Slidell. Houma is on the opposite side of the lake.
