Can anyone tell me if I can change an Antique Brunswick Wellington Ball Return pool table to a Drop Pocket table? If yes, how?
Thx much,
Jack

You sure its a Wellington? I don't recall seeing a ball return model ....actually I guess it doesn't really matter anyway, because it can be done on just about any antique table. How much work it is depends on the model, but its pretty basic.

However, describing the whole process here in text would require a boatload of typing, so just send me a PM with your number and I can have someone call you to discuss it.

It is always a Wellington.

You could always put citrus fruits into the pockets. Or paper.
Ghetto, but super easy and smells great too.
For a while.

Haha, I trust your panties aren't getting in a bunch there, EMG...? 'Twas not a jab at you.

It wasan inside joke to a small group- might even be just 3, me, myself and I- re: wellingtons.

Seems like an inordinate amount of times that a thread is started about an antique, it is a Wellington.

On that topic, you can use the search function for some further reading on that hunk o wood. Nothing that addresses your pocket question directly, but bordering on the interesting, for those of us who had/ have that table.
