NYC is not cheap, 🤯🤮

  • Reservation pricing does not include food or drinks.
  • Maximum of 6 people are allowed per table.
  • All tables will be next to each other if you reserve multiple tables.

  • Email maria@amsterdambilliards.com to complete reservation.
I see that they moved the location. When I was working in Manhattan they were midtown on the west side. It's NYC and pretty much everything is expensive.

This is not the normal rate. If you actually read the rest of their page you would find:

RATES: Our rate ranges from $11.80-17.90 per person per hour, depending on the day/time/# of guests

If you do the math, those reservation rates are up to 6 players per table, which comes up to about the same price. $12+ per hour per person (not for two players), is a bit much. At those rates, a pair of players that are not very good can be paying $5-8 a game.

I have played in places with nice tables and good players that has specials for 6 hours of play for that much LOL

A place in Florida I was at not long ago called Veterans Billiards had like a $15 for the night special and it included a beer or some other drink in the cost.

Another place I liked was The Rack in Levonia MI, 8 nicely setup Diamond, snooker table, some other GC and Diamond tables, $5 an hour. Free coffee refills. I spent a bunch of time hanging out there during my work trips to the area.
