I have had this cue made by Arthur for a few years, and just love looking at this particular cue because it reminds me of Art more than any other of his cues. This baby is brand spanking new, and has never been played.......what do you think of this beauty

I love Ivory..
To me,
It is a Beautiful Material, from a Beautiful, Majestic Animal..
I feel Ivory is Honored as the Ultimate Natural Material to make an Art Piece.

What a stunning cue. Art crafted some great work in his short time as a cue maker. This has to be one of his best works. Congrats!!

It would be neat next year at SBE to do a Tribute to Art. We all bring are Cantando's and have some guys take some pics.

I will bring my one and only Cantando and am also going to reach out to a friend who is a accomplished photographer. Maybe we all chip in and get a booth - Not sure what the booths go for.

Anyone else interested? Should we start a thread? Maybe create a cool display and try to create some collector posters/calendars. Funds cover booth first and then go to help out Cantando/Cochran family.

Always wanted to do this and create a calendar or poster after seeing the Lucky Szamboti Poster.

sounds like a great idea....keep me posted. I was thinking of doing a booth myself this year, maybe we can tie it all in together
 
i have ne the negatative image of it, whats ivory n yours is ebony on mine and vice vera, i dont have a favorite between the 2 of our cues, but they are my 2 favorite gamblers of all time.

How can anyone not like this cue. So classy. If I were to own a gambler. It would be something like this. Oozing with class. subtle and elegant.

Steve,when you get um,there the nuts. You surpass all the selection of cue collecting. Rich.
 
Took me a few minutes to figure out why this was considered a gambler cue. I was distracted by the metals and ivory. I had to go back and look again to see the card symbols. Great piece.
