Chia-Ching Wu

Your too stupid for your own good. Do you realize it's been mentioned in this thread that the top American juniors have matched up with Wu before and got absolutely bombed? Would you please name this unknown player that would beat Wu?

I smell some serious bullshit happening here.

Nothing against being Pro-America or Pro-FillInCountryHere, but this guy is a retard.

Let me guess what is going to result from all this talk......nothing.

Its not the first 10,000,000 times I see an ego trip talking shit on internet forums.

I'm a college student and don't have a steady income, I usually can't play for more than $50 sets. If you are looking for big action I might be able to find you a game out here.

I think he is just stroking you Nat. He lives in California according to him on another post. So if he was serious he wouldn't be hiding behind a name but would tell us who he is and where in California he lives and from there you could find out all about him and his game. He also mentioned a junior player who he said was really good in another post but it was someone I never heard of and there was no more information on him anywhere.

So unless he comes out of the closet I would just ignore him and his comments.

He did say he wanted to match up in St Louis I think where he was going with his wife on another post for $100 or $200 sets but it seems nothing came of this either despite responses.

You should check out what he has posted before.

If he is genuine and comes out of the closet then my apologies.

He doesn't want to get trapped yet he announces that he plays very good.

Poolfruits

90% of you are poolfruits and spend half your life on the website and tell evry detail what happens in the poolworld. I am sorry that I don't waste my time knocking people.

Wu is for real and will be around for a long time. Remember he is young and he will only get better with time. That's scary. His break will always be powerful; he has tremendous heart as he displayed at the WPC; his confidence has to be sky high after proving to himself that he can beat the best and be the best.

Will he play in the US much? why does Efren play in the US so much if there is so much action in tournaments in Asia?

The next best young player to emerge from the US will be Mike Dechaine from Maine in my opinion. Watch out for this young kid. He did very well at the talent filled Joss Final

That the WPC win for Wu was a fluke? Why would
the world champion have to get a spot from anyone?
Isn't that an Oxymoron, world champion getting a spot?

Pool didn't use to be so filled with 'nits' as it is today.

well put

I don't think so. While Wu plays super strong he seems to lack the fluidity and creativity of Efren. Wu appears to be more a manufactured player rather than an organically grown one.

Efren is a product of genius mixed with diverse experience fueled by need.

Who else has the desire or discipline to actually STUDY what bangers do?

John

no one will ever play as good as efren unless they use the same tools as he does

Oh hell. The way people here read things, you're really going to boost the sale of Judd cues. :D

Then I will wrap my cue with tissue paper on the handle. Is that what he had on it in DCC? Maybe it was molting snakeskin. He did beat me, but Wu? Never beat me.

i mean his original cue. im sure the new cue he shoots with have the same specs. not normal specs for sure. scott frost says he always goes back to that cue. probaly when gambling. i dont think people understand how well that cue is built or hits if played with with the proper way.

Hello Mark,

Could you or would you give us some insight to aiming from a pro's perspective? You probably see a lot of argument about what method is "best" for aiming on these forums.

I am not asking you to reveal any trade secrets, just to confirm whether there is more to aiming than what is generally found in books.

I was told that you aim a quarter of the object ball to the center of the cueball for most shots. We would welcome any insight, correction or just any tidbits at all that help us play better.

I know you probably read a lot of bullshit on here and think "who are these people". This is the closest we get to enjoying the sport when not on the table and just like the pool room you will find all types. We have players, hustlers, nits, day job people, railbirds and suckers. So, we appreciate any advice from those who are where we wish we were. No matter what we say otherwise there isn't one of us who wouldn't want to be able to play an all night session with you and other pros and belong there.

You probably missed my earlier post, could you please name this youngster that would beat Wu at money games? There are some very promising young players here in North America but I've yet to see or hear of one that is on the same level as Wu.

Bread and Butter seems to just talk in generalities, when asked for specifics he gives no data. However, on a thread called "Young American Players" he stated "Henry Goodman is also another lil straight shooter." I have no idea who Henry Goodman is or how good he plays but maybe someone out there does, at any rate this is the only promising young player Bread and Butter has mentioned.

I am not going to knock the kid. He has been on the road and is making money. I am sure his name has been mentioned on the site.
:)

Your full of it man. Clueless too. I wonder if your kid will enter the US Open, what do you think his chances are if he does against the like of Reyes and Archer and Strickland where shortstops like Schmidt who would most likely drill your young little champ dont have much of a chance. Schmidt would kill any under 18 player in the USA for the cash and I highly doubt he would gamble Wu even.
