Sarah, have heard you have a good game, just haven't seen you play yet! I have been to chi-town and played at Red Shoes and Pockets. Can you suggest any other halls inside the loop or close to it for action? Thanks for any input, Scott

scott, im sure sarah can give you all the game you want. if not, i may meet you for some 9ball. ttyl, joey

Hi Scott.

I can give you a few rooms to go to. I'm not sure of the action because it is always hit or miss around here. The rooms are all in the Chicago but not all of them are in the loop.

G-Cue...Randolph and Morgan. It is very near downtown. It is a very upscale place. Expensive and very nice. The owner is a well known player, Tom Karabotsos. Other than him, I cannot comment on action because I haven't been there too much.

Chris's Billiards...It is outside the downtown area on Milwaukee ave. There is almost always action there at every level. It is a place to go just to see the history of the room and the game.

Chicago Biliard Cafe....Irving Park road and Austin. There is some action there just depending on the day. There is a great tournament on Thursday night starting at 8pm. I'm usually there and the owner is usually willing to play.

I hope this helps. There are alot of rooms in the west and northwest suburbs if you decide to travel out that way.

Take care,
Sarah

Thanks...

Thanks for the suggestions and I hope I get to see you guys. Snow is screwing up travel at the moment and DCC is coming up. So, hopefully I'll get down there in the next couple of weeks, Scott
