Chicago One Hole

I going to be in Chicago for a few days next month. Buffalo Grove to be exact. I am hoping to have some time to play and would appreciate a few suggestions on where to go, etc. I have been to a nice old room there where a famous film was made (either The Color of Money or The Hustler) but cannot remember the name of it or the location. The room is upstairs and the 3 cushion talbes are on the left as you come up the stairs. Is this close to Buffalo Grove? If not, what is? As I appreciate it, BG is northwest of the city.
I always enjoy playing new people. I don't bet real high but don't like to play for less than $20-$30 a game...just enough to keep most folks honest and spawn friendly competition. Anyone want to give a fat old fart a few lessons?
Thanks in advance.

Andy-

You're looking for Chris's Billiards 4637 N MILWAUKEE AVENUE, CHICAGO, IL 60630 Phone: (773) 286-4714. This is where they shot many of the scenes from the Color of Money. It's a great PH, and you'll generally find as much (or as little) action as you can handle. I'm just a novice 1p player, but I'd be happy to give you a game or two while you're in town. PM me if you're interested. When are you coming to Chicago???

thanks

Chris's...that's the place...is it near Buffalo Grove?
Thanks for the info.

Unfortunately it's not too close to Buffalo Grove, but it's not that far either.
Ask whomever you are staying with. You probably want to get on the Kennedy Expressway like you are heading downtown, get off at Lawrence Avenue and make a right. Next light is Milwaukee Avenue, make a left and go down about three blocks. It will be on your left. Can't miss the sign.

I have a 4 1/2 x 9 Anniversary in my basement. I might like to play a few hours a night. Contact me to make it so. I live near White Sox Park.

Thanks to all who replied

Thanks again to all who replied. I have several games set up and a possible tour guide...I have never attempted to contact anyone on a forum personally, so this was kinda an experiment. This is cool...more to follow on how it goes...this e-matching up.
