Its 6 points gabon into purpleheart SW, the cue used belong to national coach 趙蓉華, and Mr'趙 sold it to Young, I've played with it couple times like 2years ago, very stiff hit, while I also had a chat with Young and he still prefers heavier cue, the purpleheart SW he currently played weights 19.5oz~19.7oz only.

I might be wrong, nevertheless from my standpoint, part of the reason is that SW cues do deliver extrmely solid hit, and most important at all, there're couple super stars like Young or Wu endorsed SW cue during their play, as for other cues you mentioned, I'll say only Kersenbrocks are populer as well.

And Ga-Young is in Taiwan now right? I heard that she learned Mandarin in a very short time, very impressive! Also cos she dates a Taiwanese I think =)

Take myself for example, I think SW have solid feedback and quickly get with it which comparison with other cues,like Gina/Josswest.....etc and when you first play the cue, you'll be love it.
Before I buy over 10 SW cues, for outlook viewpoint, I don't like SW cause it's expensive but no special design/inlay and even no Ivory.
Now I had cost over 20,000 USD to buy SW and it doesn't about Yang or anyone else.

Wish I could have justified investing in that one.
