Hey guys,

Saw a video of Efren playing a game refered to as chinese caroms. Four balls on the table( a pool table), that's about all the infon i got from the video.

Does anyone know the rules ti this game?

A link or two might help.

I do know that both Japan and Viet Nam play Carom Billiards with 4 balls, 2 cue balls and 2 object balls -
unlike the western version of only 1 object ball. Makes for a very different game.

Perhaps it is some version of 4 Ball.

if i'm seeing the same video as you did, it's a Taiwanese version of carom, called 2-3-5

Eberle was telling me about some game he saw when abroad, a combination of pool, caroms and cowboy.
Points for hitting the the balls, mor points for hitting more balls (with the cb, of course) and more points for sinking balls.

I don't recall further detail, as I listened through the trees.
