How Long until Taiwan supplants the Philippines as the best pool playing nation in the World?

23 Mil in Taiwan, 93 Mil in the RP, 314 Mil in the USA. Do the Math. It's not like it's a long standing tradition in Chinese Taipei...like table tennis.

It's been a meteor like rise. Both on the Men's and Women's side.
 
It already happened IMO. In the huge events in Asia and the Middle East when both areas are well represented I think that Taiwan has a clear edge on how many of their players finish deep and/or win the events when compared to the Philippines.

It is close still, but IMO Taiwan IS the top pool playing nation on the planet atm.
