Christmas present for my Daughter

Well its finally finished. I've been slowly working on this cue for 7 months.
This cue was designed by my daughter and built to her specs. She is 14 and becoming a pretty good player. I'm sure this will make her very happy when she opens it up Christmas morning.

Here are the specs

3/8-10 pin
Stainless joint
Black collars with purpleheart and black alternating blocks between two nickle silver rings.
Purpleheart forearm
Birdseye maple handle
Purpleheart buttsleeve with nickle silver rings at the D and E positions
Juma Buttcap with black rubber bumper.

The shaft has matching ring work with an LBM ferrule and Lepro tip.

Along with the cue, I made a matching set of Purpleheart and Ivory topped joint protectors.

Beautiful cue Lee! And I'm sure it's even more impressive in person. Purpleheart has such a great glow to it that just doesn't show up in pictures.

Those rings are awesome too! And the BEM handle balances everything out perfectly. She's going to be very happy!
 
Lee, That is a great looking present. I'm sure she'll be happy with the way it plays, and be proud that it was made by her father.
