I know I have seen this cue somewhere on the net, I clearly remember the cue itself and the drawing as well.
I really like Richard's thoughts and comments (Like: 'This shouldn't offend anyone either! )

Very nice cue! I am almost certain about this but I would like to ask: can you feel the chains? To me they appear to as if they weren't under the finish, as if you could feel them by touch?

I offered the cue for sale about 6 months ago, that's where you saw it. Yep, you can feel the chains.
