BRIALLIANIZE, BRILLIANIZE, BRILLIANIZE

This stuff is just feaking wonderful. No haze. No waxy feel. No wax left on the surface to wear off and repeatedly change the playing conditions. Just completely clean and well polished balls.

I use it by and and I use it in the Ballstar machine and it's just the nuts! The triple chocolate coated, honey dipped, nuts!

I have a Ball Star also. So it works better than the blue Ballstar cleaner? If so I'll check it out.

Hey JimS,

You suggested Brillianize a year or two ago and I finally ordered some. Like you said...it's the double nutz!

I like to keep my home table and mutliple sets of balls clean. I live in the Nevada desert with very low humidity. I can vacuum and damp wipe the cloth and run the balls thru the polisher using other ball polshes/cleaners and after playing for 30 minutes, static cling sets in and every piece of lint, dust or chalk is clinging to a pool ball. Very annoying!

After switching to Brillianize, the static charge is practically non-existent even after playing every day for a week! This stuff leaves no waxy residue and it's easy to use. If you don't already have some---I'd say get some!
Kudos to JimS for the tip!

Oh yeah, Brillianize rocks.

I now use it in my homemade cleaner instead of Aramith Billiard Ball Cleaner. Actually, after using Brillianize I tossed the Aramith cleaner... Never really liked it in the first place.

Thanks for the tip.

Mike

I got some, and like it very much too. No need for a machine; the stuff just sprays on like Windex and wipes off with no residue. One thing I like about it is that is it multi-purpose, not just designed specifically for billiards. I've used it to clean and polish the lenses of reading glasses and the surfaces of everyday items like cell phones, high-gloss speaker cabinets, and many other plastic or composite finished items. Good stuff.

I tole'ja so. :groucho: :groucho: :groucho:

The stuff is like the Magic Eraser of plastic cleaners/polishers.

I've been thanking my copier repair guy every time I see him. He turned me on to it by using it on the platen glass. The self feeder wasn't self feeding the way it was supposed to but when he used the Briallianize to make it slicker the papers slid across it and the self feeder started to self feed again. I picked up the idea, got some for myself, tried it on pool balls and the rest is history. Now I buy it by the gallon. I use it to clean the new black stove top and oven front as well as the new black sink, the microwave, the toaster oven, the TV and computer screens. In the garage it's the best for things like Lexan windows and cycle windshields..

Thanks for this great tip. I couldn't decide what product to use to clean my pool balls with until I read your thread......

Do you need to use a micro fiber cloth to hand clean or will a cotton cloth or even paper towel do as well?

How long does an 8oz bottle last? I don't have a machine, but I'm looking to just clean my balls every week or so with a microfiber towel by hand. I was just curious on how many cleanings I can get out of a bottle.

I've got the 8 oz size. I haven't been cleaning mine every week--that seems like overkill to me--but if you did I think an 8 oz bottle would last for at least 6 months or so. The stuff is the consistency of Windex, and you're just going to spray a mist on each ball, so you really don't use up that much doing 16 balls.

Brillianize

Another happy customer for Brillianize.

I use it by hand, with a cotton cloth, and it does a fantastic job. Maybe it would do a better job with a microfibre cloth, but on new balls it's hard to see how it could do a better job than I'm already getting.

Brillianize is the best ball cleaning product I've seen, by far. Cheap too. I've been using it 6 months with no nits to pick. It's just great.

I have no idea, though, how well it would do on older balls. I don't think there's any abrasive in it.

I found this website that has the 8oz bottle for $8 with free shipping:

http://www.pitstoptoyshop.com/servlet/the-363/Brillianize--dsh--Diecast-Display/Detail

Hmm, got this email from them when I ordered it. Too good to be true ;)

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, the Brillianize Cleaner is not an item that can be purchased alone. It can only be purchased in conjunction with one of the diecast display cases that we offer. If you are going to purchase a display case I will hold this order until you do so, otherwise this order will be canceled.

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience and let me know what you would like to do.

Thank you,

Is it a diamond table? You got to rub them(liners) down with something.
Sorry I forget what. Ask Reakingcobra.
