Cliff Joyner is in Baton Rouge

Just got back from a quick trip to Baton Rouge with SOFAKING. We watche Mike Black and Cliff play some one pocket on a very tough Diamond table. 300 jelly beans a game. Mike was up 3 games when we left. Cliff was struggling to play his best on the tough Diamond Tables at Bayou Billiards.

The place was packed with the regular BatonRouge crowd and numerous players and sweaters from New Orleans.

Keith Fremin had some one pocket action with Joe Long and they were see-sawing when we left.

Played a few games of one pocket with LSU1018 but he didn't ask to play for the Louisiana AZB King's Crown.
What's up with that?
Couldn't stay too long as both of us had to work on Tuesday am. Nice crowd. Cliff may be around for a while so maybe this weekend we'll go back to visit.

Mike finished ahead a few games on the night. They are going to play again on Wednesday. There should be a good crowd again with lots of action. Anyone looking for a game should be able to find one.


Yes I did get to play Joey some. He plays too good for me though!

talked with him quite a bit at the BCA nationals in May. He said he would be in Texas around this time of the year. Not sure if he made it here yet though.
